Joan Wolf came to work for IFRI in July 2010 as the office administrator and as Arun Agrawal’s secretary where her responsibilities include serving as a welcoming presence in IFRI’s School of Natural Resources and Environment office, assisting with hiring, purchasing, reconciling expenses, calendaring, communicating, and coordinating conferences, meetings and events.

Joan has been employed by the University of Michigan for twenty years. Prior to IFRI she worked in development, communications and administration in several schools and departments. Before coming to UM, Joan worked for an international human services organization, Seva Foundation for ten years. Joan earned an Associate Degree in Technical Writing from Washtenaw Community College in 1992.
