Registration Open Now for IFRI Training Course
An intensive 9 week course in IFRI methods and theories taught by Arun Agrawal is being offered at the University of Michigan from September to November 2012. Designed for graduate students and visiting scholars and practitioners, the course meets one afternoon each week and requires several evenings and weekends of fieldwork. Grades are based in part upon completion of a case study report. UM students can register online in Wolverine Access, NRE 501.
Participants from outside UM are accommodated as Visiting Scholars. Their fees are $11,500 ($5,000 training fee includes access to UM computing, library and recreation facilities; $6,500 recommended for travel, housing, meals and other living expenses). Visiting scholars need to allow several weeks for the university to process your paperwork. Interested non-UM students please send a message stating your intention as soon as possible to ifri@umich.edu
