IFRI aims to build connections between researchers, forest-users and policy decision-makers. Hundreds of researchers to conduct socio-ecological data-collection through its regular training sessions. As a result of their work, many of these researchers have been able to connect with decision-makers by providing policy advice, and with the wider research community through presentations, workshops, conferences and other events.
